/untimeout
Remove an active timeout from a user, restoring their ability to chat and use voice channels.
Usage
/untimeout <target> [reason]
Parameters

What Happens
- The user's timeout is immediately removed
- A DM notification is sent informing them the timeout was lifted
- The action is logged in the moderation log

Bot Response
- The user receives a DM: "🔓 Timeout Removed" with reason and reference ID
- Confirmation: "✅ Timeout for @User has been removed. Reason: Timeout was accidental"
Required Permissions
- Discord permission: Moderate Members
- R&V permission level: Moderator or higher
