3. Scope of Collected Data
3.1 Discord-Related Technical Data
To ensure the bot functions correctly, we may process the following:
- Discord User ID
- Discord Guild ID (Server ID)
- Username and Profile Picture (public Discord data)
- Server-specific roles and permissions
- Technical events related to bot commands and interactions
⚠️ Important: The bot does not read or store private Discord messages unless a specific feature (e.g., moderation logging) explicitly requires it.
3.2 Moderation and Logging
During the operation of moderation features, the content of deleted or edited messages may temporarily appear for server administrators via the Discord interface. This data is not permanently stored in the R&V Creations central database.
3.3 Subscriptions and Payments
For premium services, we process your email address, transaction ID, and subscription status. We do not process or store credit card data; payments are handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)
- Performance of a Contract: Data essential for providing the service (e.g., User ID).
- Legitimate Interest: System security, debugging, preventing abuse, and backups.
- Consent: Optional analytical tools and non-essential cookies.
5. Data Retention Period
- System and Security Logs: Maximum 30 days.
- Technical and Analytical Data: Maximum 12 months.
- Subscription and Billing Data: Generally 8 years (based on legal requirements).
- Temporary Moderation Data: Maximum 72 hours.

- Deletion: Can be initiated via the /data-delete command (if available) or by contacting us at support@rnvcreations.pro.
- Automated Decision-Making: Automated moderation decisions can be reviewed, modified, or revoked by server administrators upon request.
9. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
Under 13:
Use of the service is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 13, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
Between 13 and 16:
Users who are at least 13 but under 16 years of age must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian to use the service and for their data to be processed. By using the service, the user represents that they have obtained such consent.
Subscriptions and Payments:
Subscribing to premium services (making a purchase) is permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Individuals under 18 may only initiate transactions under parental or legal guardian supervision, using the guardian's payment method/account. By initiating a payment, the user represents that they meet these requirements.
