Getting Started

How do I add the bot to my server?

Adding the bot is simple and does not require a subscription for installation. The Free bot can be added to any Discord server through a dedicated invite link. If the bot is already present on another server, you can add it to additional servers using the same invite link. During the invitation process: Log in to your Discord account (if you haven't already). Select the server where you want to invite the bot. Approve the required permissions. After the invitation, the bot will instantly join the server and be ready to use. Important: Inviting the bot does not automatically create a subscription. Modules and premium features can be activated separately after adding the bot.

What permissions does the bot need?

The bot requires the following Discord permissions for full functionality: Ban Members, Kick Members, Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Server, Manage Webhooks, Moderate Members, Mute Members, Read Message History, Send Messages, and View Channels. Depending on which features you want to use, not all permissions may be necessary.

How do I configure the bot after adding it?

Bot configuration is done through various commands that allow you to customize its operation on your server. As a first step, using the bot's /permission commands is highly recommended! On our documentation page, you'll find detailed descriptions and examples for proper configuration and available settings. If you have a subscription, some bot features can also be configured through the web interface.

Features & Commands

How do I see all available commands?

Type /botinfo in any channel to see a complete list of commands, or visit our documentation page for detailed explanations and examples.

Can I customize command prefixes?

The bot uses Discord's slash commands (/) which cannot be changed. This ensures consistency and prevents conflicts with other bots.

How does the leveling system work?

Users earn XP by chatting in your server. You can customize XP rates, level-up rewards, and role assignments in the dashboard under the Leveling module.

Moderation & Security

How do I set up auto-moderation?

Auto-moderation setup can be done in several ways, depending on which features you want to use. The Anti-Raid system is available as a subscription feature and can be configured through the web dashboard or the bot's antiraid commands. Here you can set up filters against inappropriate content, as well as automatic actions such as warnings, mutes, or kicks. Alternatively, you can use the bot's AutoMod commands, which are built on Discord's natively supported auto-moderation features. These are configured directly within the Discord application. You can find detailed descriptions of the settings and recommended configurations on our documentation page.

Can I create custom moderation rules?

Yes. With the Anti-Raid feature, you can set up custom filters and rules through the antiraid commands, tailored to your server's needs. Additionally, the bot is compatible with Discord's AutoMod feature, whose commands and settings allow for server-specific automatic moderation. You can find detailed descriptions about using both features together and recommended settings on our documentation page.

How do I view moderation logs?

All moderation actions are automatically logged. Access them using the /permissions audit command or view detailed analytics in your web dashboard.

Subscriptions & Billing

What are the differences between Free and subscription features?

The free bot provides basic functions that are sufficient for fundamental server operation. Subscription features don't make the bot 'faster', but activate additional modules and extensions on the server, such as: advanced moderation and protection features (e.g., Anti-Raid), extra services and customization options, for example web-based configuration features. The subscription is not required to use the bot, and free features can be used indefinitely without a subscription.

How do I switch to subscription features?

Visit the Pricing page where you can select the modules you want to use. The subscription model allows you to: expand the bot's functions module by module, customize the operation to your server's needs with Custom bot settings. Payment is made through an external provider (e.g., Stripe). After subscription activation, the selected modules become automatically available on the server. If available, you also have the option to subscribe to a Whitelabel bot, which provides a separate bot with custom appearance.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. You'll retain Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Account & Support

How do I delete my account?

You can initiate account deletion on the account page using the Delete Account button. Account deletion does not always happen immediately: If you have an active subscription, account deletion is suspended until the subscription ends. During this period, subscription-related services remain available until the end of the billing period. When the subscription expires, account-related data is automatically deleted in compliance with legal obligations. After account deletion, it is recommended to remove the bot from Discord server(s) where it was previously in use.
